1. Our Commitment: Functional Guarantee

We guarantee that every pre-owned iPhone & i{Pad is 100% functional. Our focus is on performance and reliability. Each device undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection to ensure all features and functions work as intended.

2. Condition & Aesthetics Policy (Very Important)

  • Thorough Disclosure: We meticulously photograph and describe the cosmetic condition of every device, highlighting any major flaws, scratches, or dents. We encourage you to review all photos and the description carefully before purchasing.
  • "As-Described" Cosmetic Condition: All sales are final for reasons related to minor cosmetic imperfections that were not visible in product photos or described in the listing. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Hairline scratches on the screen or body that are only visible under certain lighting.
    • Minor scuffs on the edges or back casing.
    • Slight variations in color matching.
    • Any other superficial issue that does not impact the core functionality of the device.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds based on subjective cosmetic dissatisfaction, as the device's physical condition has already been factored into its price as a pre-owned item.

3. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns and issue refunds under the following specific conditions:

  • Functional Defect: The device has a verifiable, functional problem that was not disclosed at the time of sale and is confirmed by our technicians.
  • "Not as Described": The device received is a different model, storage capacity, or color than what was ordered, or has a major physical flaw (e.g., a cracked screen or deep dent) that was not shown in the product photos or mentioned in the description.

4. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your device.
  • You must provide a detailed description and video evidence of the functional issue.
  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send it back to us.
  • The device must be returned in the same condition it was sent, including all original freebies (charger, cable, box, etc.).
  • Upon receipt and verification of the issue by our technical team, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or arrange for a replacement, at your discretion.
